At Diabetes Care Group, Inc., our mission is to improve the health and quality of life of individuals with diabetes – by providing results-driven diabetes treatment and management and by empowering patients to become part of the solution.
 
Our proprietary business and care model is built on more than a decade of research and documented results delivering improved outcomes and reducing the cost of care in the most challenging diabetes patients. Diabetes Care Group provides a multidisciplinary approach to care which integrates clinical excellence with behavior modification. The Company is led by an experienced team of respected thought leaders in the field of diabetes health.  
 
The Company will open its first comprehensive outpatient center dedicated solely to diabetes care in Jackson, Mississippi in January 2009. The center is designed to give patients convenient access to all resources in one location, and includes specialized medical treatment and management, patient education, nutritional counseling, and lab and diagnostic services.  

The clinical model developed and refined by the medical leadership of the Company relies on an integrated, clinically intensive, personalized approach to diabetes care. It has produced measurable, immediate, and sustained improvements in diabetes outcomes and quality of care measures, even among the most challenging populations. The results have been documented and published in peer-reviewed medical journals and presented at national meetings. This work forms the basis of the Company's diabetes management programs that deliver meaningful, sustained clinical improvements and cost savings for health plans and employers.
