Janice Gunn, MSN, RN, CFNP

Janice Gunn is a Nurse Practitioner for Diabetes Care Group. She is responsible for medical management and works primarily from the Jackson office. From 2007 until 2010, she worked as a Nurse Practitioner for the Diabetes and Metabolism Clinic at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. From 2010 until joining Diabetes Care Group in 2011, Janice was a Nurse Practitioner for Jackson Neurosurgery Clinic, an outpatient clinic where she specialized in the care and management of patients with chronic pain. From 1996 through 2010, Janice worked as a Nurse Practitioner in a variety of clinical and institutional settings including the University of Mississippi Medical Center, the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and an on- site medical clinic at a large manufacturing firm. Janice received her BS in Nursing from the University of Mississippi in 1988 and her MSN from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 1995.
