Veronica Jones, LPN

Veronica Jones provides nurse and education support for the medical management and education of Diabetes Care Group’s patients. Before joining Diabetes Care Group, Veronica provided nursing, billing, and marketing services for a hospice organization for ten years. Her current responsibilities include triaging patients, obtaining point of care labs, and communicating with primary and specialty care offices to refer patients for specialized care. Veronica also acts in an education support role instructing patients on the use of blood glucose monitors and medication administration.
